1. About Call2Physio

Call2Physio is a technology platform that helps patients discover independent physiotherapists for clinic, home, workplace, and online consultations in supported locations. Call2Physio itself does not provide medical treatment — physiotherapists on the platform are independent professionals responsible for the clinical care they deliver and for maintaining any registration required for their work.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to book appointments.

3. Platform Role

• Call2Physio facilitates discovery and scheduling and, when a charge applies through the platform, initiates payment through Razorpay.
• Submitted professional documents may be reviewed before profile approval. Users should independently confirm a physiotherapist's current registration and suitability for their needs.
• Call2Physio does not guarantee appointment availability or treatment outcomes.
• Disputes about clinical care are between the patient and the treating physiotherapist; Call2Physio may assist with questions about bookings or platform-initiated payments.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration and health information.
• Do not share payment details (OTP, CVV, PIN) with anyone, including physiotherapists.
• Report suspicious or fraudulent behavior to info@call2physio.com immediately.

5. Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

When an appointment charge applies through Call2Physio, the checkout is provided through Razorpay. Call2Physio receives transaction references but does not ask users to send card details by email.

Cancelling an appointment does not by itself confirm that a refund has been issued. Requests concerning a platform-initiated payment are reviewed under the Refund Policy and should be sent to info@call2physio.com with the booking and transaction details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Call2Physio is not liable for the clinical judgment, actions, or omissions of independent physiotherapists listed on the platform. Our liability, where it applies, is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
